As Chief Administrative Officer (CAO), Felipa brings more than 20 years of leadership experience, blending operational expertise with a strong foundation in human resources. Before stepping into the CAO role, Felipa held multiple senior HR positions, where she led strategic workforce planning, talent development, and organizational transformation initiatives. With a deep understanding of people, processes, and performance, Felipa now oversees company-wide administrative functions, ensuring alignment and collaboration between business operations and long-term strategic goals.

Felipa joined Wintrust Mortgage in 2019 as Talent Manager and was appointed to CAO in 2024. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Roosevelt University, is a board member for the Family Focus organization. She also holds a SHRM-SCP certification.
