Jason has served as an executive vice president at Wintrust Mortgage since December of 2017 and oversees secondary and capital markets, as well as residential loan servicing. His background includes decades of experience in the mortgage industry including executive roles as president, chief operating officer, and executive vice president overseeing risk management, capital market, and sales management. His previous employers include Newbold Advisors, SunTrust Mortgage, GMAC Mortgage, American Home Mortgage, and AIG United Guaranty. Jason also sits on several for-profit and nonprofit boards, such as United Way of Greater Greensboro. Additionally, he has served as director of education, professor of practice, and guest lecturer at numerous business schools and MBA programs. Jason graduated with a bachelor’s degree from University of North Carolina Chapel Hill. He also received a master’s degree from the University of Virginia and earned his Master Certified Mortgage Banker (CMB) designation.
