Michael joined Wintrust in January 2015 and has held several positions within technology before being named the director of information systems for mortgage in 2018. He is responsible for developing, implementing, and supporting technology products and services to meet the needs of Wintrust Mortgage. Prior to Wintrust, Michael spent more than five years in strategy, operations, management, and technology consulting for the financial services industry with West Monroe Partners and PwC. His consulting work included business process optimization, business process & technology outsourcing, applications architecture, software design, system implementations, and mergers & acquisitions. Michael started his career with Bridgeview Bank Group in Chicago, where he held positions as a commercial credit analyst and commercial lender.

Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts in economics from Stanford University where he also played on the varsity men’s soccer team.
