Sarah joined Wintrust Mortgage in May 2018. As executive vice president and chief administrative officer, Sarah serves as the executive liaison for departments that are centralized in the holding company, oversees the Wintrust Mortgage marketing team, and manages the corporate services team. Prior to joining Wintrust Mortgage, Sarah was with JPMorgan Chase as an executive director in commercial banking client onboarding. Sarah had oversight and management of functions including reporting and analytics, operational risk management, finance and budget, human resources, training, marketing, business resiliency, technology, and real estate. Sarah has also held various roles in human resources and project management. Prior to entering the banking industry 16 years ago, Sarah worked in consulting. Sarah is a graduate of Purdue University and holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and communications.
