On behalf of everyone at Wintrust Mortgage, our hearts go out to those impacted by COVID-19. Our organization’s focus, as always, is the safety and health of our colleagues, customers and community. 

Following are updates to better inform and support you during these uncertain times:

  • Branches Temporarily Closed – To support social distancing and limit exposure, Wintrust Mortgage has made the precautionary decision to temporarily close all Mortgage branches. 
  • Business to Continue – We expect to remain fully operational and accessible by phone, email and our online tools. We will continue to support and serve you in this new environment. 
  • Phone-Quality Issues – Phone carriers are overloaded and strained, so we’re experiencing phone-quality issues and dropped calls. Please be patient as we work with our carrier to improve the situation.
  • High Call Volume – With historically-low interest rates, our call volumes are extremely high, so hold times and call-back times are longer than usual. Please be patient as we work to support all of our customers.
  • Hardship Assistance – If you are an existing customer and are experiencing hardship as a result of COVID-19, please reach out for assistance. We have programs to help.

 

We are here to support you and your mortgage needs, and can be reached as follows:

  • If you are working with a loan originator, reach out to them directly. 
  • To avoid long wait times due to high call volumes, email questions or hardship requests to our Residential Loan Servicing Department at assistance@wintrustmortgage.com.
  • If you cannot send an email or wish to speak to a representative, call 866-718-7899. Representatives are available 8 am – 7 pm CDT, Monday through Friday.
