COVID-19 has caused financial hardship for many. To help customers better manage through this time, effective 3/16/20, we have waived late fees through the end of May, and will keep a close eye on the financial landscape.
To support social distancing and limit exposure, Wintrust Mortgage has made the precautionary decision to temporarily close all Mortgage locations. We will remain fully operational and accessible by phone, email and via our online tools. We will continue to support and serve you in this new environment.
With historically low interest rates, our call volumes are extremely high, so hold times and call-back times are longer than usual. Please be patient as we work to support all of our customers.
If you are an existing customer and are experiencing hardship as a result of the environment created by COVID-19, we have options to help. To avoid long wait times, email questions/hardship requests to our Residential Loan Servicing Department at email@example.com and include “Hardship Assistance” in the subject line. If you cannot send an email or wish to speak to a representative, please call 866-718-7899. Representatives are available 8 am-7 pm CDT, Monday through Friday. Please note that hold times may be longer than usual due to high call volume.
